Umar Gul to Smith, OUT, gone this time! Smith falls to another slower ball from Gul, dragging it on to his stumps off a bottom edge but it ends a sensational knock. He's carried the lead 179 which is plenty for the Australian bowlers to go at.

this is so gettable! 180 target for a test match is really nothing! inshallah lets hope pakistani batsmen can stick it to the aussies and win this one! This is a great chance for us to draw the series

It was at once calculated and calm but also breathless stuff from Smith. After playing himself in he helped add 66 for the final two wickets. It was enough to reduce Pakistan to a state of utter panic and how Butt clears his head to lead Pakistan's chase will be crucial.
Anyway that's Tea - what a session it's been. Incredibly Pakistan will have to chase 180 - just four more than that game at Sydney.

deja vu...lets just hope history doesn't repeat itself today!...but also you have to realize that the sun is out now and batting conditions are looking good that should give pakistan an advantage

Pakistan is currently playing with 4 batsmen only, if Salman, Farhat, Azhar and Umer Amin can score some runs then Pakistan has chance to win the game, nothing is coming from Akmals or Malik... it is too much from them to ask... they only score once in a while

Yes Pakistan may loose by 70 odd runs, it is too much for them to score

^^ I really hope, but history has been repeated so many times that i don't think of any reason it would not repeat itself now...
Remember the match against Srilanka, we needed 160+ to win in 4th innings, got a 70 runs opening stand and then we lost the match
