Looks like he is not telling the whole story here. Because it was not just about drones. He also said that he was questioned about his being called a supporter of Taliban too.

Why opposing drones is aking to favouring Taliban? I understand that we all know about the population of Fata. We can take a fresh look at the New Stanford/NYU study on drones for an independently-researched view.

Imran is trying to win both US and Taliban at the same time. To Taliban he pretends to be an enemy of US just like Taliban. But when in US he pretends to be with the US, and only disagreeing with SOME of its policies.
I am pretty sure that the guy is going to disappoint BOTH Taliban and the US. He can never have any major impact on the Taliban situation in the country.

IK has been saying it openly that he is not against the US but opposes some of its policies. I wonder why it should be termed as doublespeak. If drones stop, would you please share with me, what exactly we have against the US?
