Are there any similarities between these two?
I have a lot of experience with hiring people but none with the rishta process. Can my experience with selecting the right candidates for jobs help me select the most suitable person as a life partner?

To me thats my biggest nightmare.... awkwardness at the top! dont interview someone... have a conversation instead...

Having just been through the job search process, I realize the similarities between finding a job and a spouse.

Both ways you 'sell' yourself.
But
In rishta process, a lot of personal life questions are asked along with profession,
...and in job process, only job related skill and few details on personal life are asked or allowed.
