I was listening to audio poetry and the poet used 'hiqarat'. I thought it was 'haqarat' not 'hiqarat'.
Haqeer - Haqarat.

Accordingto my limited knowledge it should be haqarat..

I've only heard of haqeer and not hiqeer. Therefore, I'd say it's haqarat.

Hiqa rat ........Hiqa raat.... is just one night :)

however it would be with "k" and not a "q"

Yeah I think you are right but when you are writing Urdu in English then there is such exact spelling ...
