I am 6 months post partum but still have this annoying pain on the sides of my hips which is pretty painful. The bones also seem to have expanded. Is this normal? I am this close to go to a doc but thought maybe this will get better on its own. So far no luck. Did it happen to any of you and how long did it take to get better? Did the pain go away on its own or did you have to do something about it?
Btw, i had a similiar pain during the last tri of pregnancy too, it used to feel like someone was literally pushing my bones apart. Its not that bad now but still there and not something i can ignore.
