Hindustan - Pakistan - An Independent States

:salam2:

Fair question asked in this video clip that the Britain made two domains. If so then are we (Hindustan and/or Pakistan) an Independent states?

Re: Hindustan - Pakistan - An Independent States

Independent to take decisions. no?

Re: Hindustan - Pakistan - An Independent States

No, you are not look up Capitis Diminutia.

It is an old Roman principle of law to indicate status.

All caps name = corporation (non-human), or slave
All caps last name = civil officer, aka performing service.

Look look up citizen in legal dictionary it means slave.

Look at const. of India or Pakistan it is all caps.

What this mean, they are corporations, you are being tricked into pledging liability to a fake corporate name.

The queen is the largest land-owner in the world, I strongly suspsect that just like in Canada how she holds all mineral rights to the land, she has many things in Indo-pak and they don't talk openly about it, otherwise we would rebel.

--
Title as in ownership has two parts to it: legal title as in to be able to change, sell, etc.
And right to fair usage i.e live, enjoy, etc.

You can split the title, such as owner and renter having two dif. titles or keep it together.

Now..

You can also put the title in a 'trust' which is what a corporation is as well.

A trinity set up; grantor-administrator-trustee.

The queen is considered grantor, the Regular PEOPLE as admins, and the REGULAR PEOPLE again as trustees.

It's all titles and labels, for example someone says I'm a nawab which is a title.

Nawab of x is the full title.

TL;DR No, if she is the queen, then obviously she still rules the country and it's a big fraud. Same thing in Britain, Canada, etc. it is not ceremonial role as British Supreme Court recently ruled it's not, and queen refused to sign bills in Britain such as ones that change the old statute that Catholics can't take the throne, and another that changes how Britain declares war.

///
If someone has to sign off on every last thing you do, no matter what you're told they run you.

Inquilab Zindabad.

Btw, title can only be passed from one person to the next.

Who was title to Indo-Pak passed to?

crickets

Re: Hindustan - Pakistan - An Independent States

gnisgh1984,

My knolwedge is poor when its come to history but as far as I read/heard that the British was the one who occupied 'Hindustan' before separation of this subcontinent into two. How come they are still grantor? Isn't like pplz from both subcontinent never thought about it or don't wanna know what are the fact?

Re: Hindustan - Pakistan - An Independent States

Not two domains, but two dominions. Under English Common Law, the term Dominion referred to all lands under the sovereignty of the crown.

Pakistan became independent as the Dominion of Pakistan, because all land in Pakistan was under the sovereignty of the Pakistani Crown.

Similarly, at India’s independence, all lands in India were under the sovereignty of the Indian Crown, hence it was the Dominion of India.

Britain used the term “Dominion” for the legal name of its newly independent former colonies starting from 1867, when Canada was founded. Since the USA had fought for its independence from the British Monarchy less than 100 years earlier, Britain felt that it would be a needless provocation to create a new “Kingdom” in North America next to the USA - instead, the word “Dominion” was used.

This created a precedent for all countries becoming independent from Britain until after the British Commonwealth was renamed to Commonwealth of Nations.

If not for the fear of proving the USA in 1867, Pakistan and India would have become independent under the names of “The Kingdom of Pakistan” and “The Kingdom of India”
