Besides India lost the "bilateral" card it always used in regional disputes by running to UN in the aftermath of Mumbai Bombings. Now Pakistan can go to UN and ask it to fulfill the long due mandate regarding Kashmir. That pretty much leaves India on its own because which neighbor will it turn to for help in this matter? It's a matter of WHEN not IF anymore. :D

As for UN's role in Kashmir ..... they washed their hands off Kashmir long time back .... precisely on May 18, 1964 .... so Pakistan can go to anyone ... but in the end it has to settle with India on this issue.
India can manage very well on its own, doesn't need any neighbours help ..... it has the capability and resources to handle any eventuality. As for help from neighbours ....... wasn't it the Chinese who left Pakistani army "high & dry" during "a" conflict .... Hope you are not counting on them :biggthumb
