These people in call centers work to get paid. Unlike your country men who put a gun to their own head and threaten self destruction and chaos if they are not paid billions by the west.
"Work" to get paid..... That is debatable. If "Jim" and "Fred" were actually doing their job, they wouldn't be hated so much by the very people who pay them. The only reason their clients deal with them is because they are cheap. Then again, you get what you pay for. Pay a low price for low standards. Economic power, my #$#$.
1) Stop trying to be someone you're not. cough cough American cough cough*. I know it's what you strive for, but you won't ever be accepted as such.
2) Cut out the American accent training, and stop changing your names. Americans may be stupid, but not that stupid.
3) Stop hiring people who talk a million miles per hour. It's hard enough to understand Indians when they talk English in normal speed.
