Guys, you have convinced yourself RAW HAD to be involved and THEN interpreting all news and events based on that.
Apart from RAW's incapability to wreck this kind of havoc, you have to think a bit about motive. The only thing India is worried about when it comes to Pakistan affairs is the risk of some radicals acquiring material for dirty bombs (some others may go to the extent of acquiring the actual nuclear devices).
Why would RAW further destabilize Pakistan which would raise the probability of this risk?
