I do realise 'RAW' is an intellegence agency - but I do not think it is capable of the extreme turmoil witnessed in Pakistan these days.
Most of the violence in Pakistan seems to be home grown.
RAW doesn't need to start the whole fire, just provide some air and fuel to the existing coals.
