PUNISHMENT FOR LOW CASTE HINDUS

The tongue of a Shudra, who spoke evil about a BRAHMIN should be cut off A
Shudra who dared to assume a position of equality with the first three castes was to
be flogged.
(Apastambha Dharma Sutra III, 10-26)

If a Shudra overheard a recitation of the Vedas, molten tin was to be poured into his
ears; if he repeated the Vedas his tongue should be cut and if he remembered Vedic
hymns, his body was to be torn into pieces.

MANU 167-272 says:

If a Shudra arrogantly teaches Brahmins Dharma, the king shall cause hot oil to be
poured into his mouth and ears.

Again MANU 167-272 says:

Let the king never slay even a Brahmin though he may have committed all possible
crimes.

With all references to Vedas and Puranas it would be appropriate to question: "How
fair is the system of administrating justice?" Well, according to these Holy Books if
a Brahmin commits a sin he is forgiven, but on the contrary if a low caste Hindu
commits a sin, he has to feed twenty Brahmins in order to expiate or erase his sin.
Would you call this a fair and just system of justice?!

Who was responsible for the assassination of Mahathma Gandhi -the father of the
Nation? Obviously you know the answer.

Mahathma Gandhi preached and practised intercommunal harmony, equality among
people, including the low caste Hindus whom he named as Harijans (which means
children of God). All human beings are the children of one God and, therefore, all are
equal.

SOME OF THE FEW RECENT ATROCITIES

Harijan women were forced to parade naked in the street. (CURRENT 6-4-83)

A scheduled caste man was severely beaten as his dress happened to touch the
body of a High Caste Hindu. (TIMES OF INDIA 18-11-84).

High caste Hindus threw dead animals and filth in a Harijan well. Police took no
action. (TIMES OF INDIA 18-11-84)

A Harijan who asserted his right to worship at a temple was allegedly assaulted and
excreta put in his mouth at Thathur village of Sorab Taluk (DECCAN HERALD 5-2-88)

Harijan women were thrown out of rescue boat. (BLITZ 18-3-84)

The late Mrs. Indira Gandhi, Prime Minister, informed the Rajya Sabha on 18th
August 1970, that during the last three years I.I 17 Harijans - a Brahmin official
account - were killed in different parts of the country.

*DR. AMBEDKAR ON CONVERSION

In his book "Why Conversion", Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar says that untouchability
is a permanent feature of the Hindu society. In order to attain freedom from the
evil practice, he urges the victims to establish close relations with other societies
to embrace another religion. He concludes that conversion is the only way to
achieve eternal bliss, for, by becoming a Muslim, Christian, Buddhist or Sikh,
a convert will get the political safeguards of the religion of his choice.

CHALLENGE!

Is there a Christian, Sikh or Muslim who has willingly embraced Hinduism? Even
if a person should decide to become a Hindu, which caste will he choose? He
cannot - for sure - become a Brahmin for according to Veda, he has to die three
more deaths. But would any Brahmin object to his becoming a Shudra?

I have heard a lot of tautological rhetoric during the course of time that includes yours as well. Frankly I can tell with 98% accuracy what my opponent will say next. You and others have used the rhetoric of copy and paste or cut and paste, which BB has responded on other thread which has the most posts. However, I will tell you again and for the last time. I belong to a small group of Muslims with different ages from 2o years to 50+ years (most of us live a world apart to each other, speak different languages and have not seen/meet in person). Who are very focused and prepared? We have a vision. A vision for dawah and educating the Muslims and non-Muslims alike. We have our own database of multiple gigabytes, courtesy of BB. BB is the master minded and master planner among us. As said before well trained, well financed, and well equipped Christian missionary often takes off once we appear on discussion boards. You guys are not even like boy scouts to us. Why we do it?

It is every Muslim's duty (Period). I do it for that reason and for the reason below.

I hope you got the picture this time. Now since we debate we are well prepared. Our objectives are not to BS, we mean business. Since we debate all over the world and on all major web sites, we have to use our same material often/frequently. One must be an idiot if he/she is typing same plethora of info over and over again. Most importantly I don't believe in working hard. I believe in working smart. But some time we come across with something we have to answer/refute and we don't have in our database. We do our research rather using bullshit or excuse we do address that issue. Once you are in it, you have to win it. Which is a piece of cake for us being Muslims and followers of perfect religion and perfect book Noble Quran.

So wherever you are if you are on discussion boards/forums sooner or later you will/may see one, more or all of us there of religious furom mainly but not limited to that.

So stop making excuses and start refuting me, if YOU CAN?> :) :)

APARTHEID AND BRAHMINISM

In India the 5 % Brahmins rule over 95 % of the Indian population. In South Africa
15 % Whites rule over the 85 % Black race. Does India then have any right to point
an accusing finger at the apartheid policy of South Africa when the worst kinds of
discrimination are being practised in India?

Indian talks "democracy" and "equality before the law" but keep a third of
India's 800 million people as Untouchables, unseeables and unapproachables!

THE MEDIA AND THE BRAHMINS

Who has the major share of magazines/newspapers published in India? The
Brahmins/RSS of course!

According to a recent survey their share of the media is approximately 81 %.
The following are the well known Newspapers that are owned by the Brahmins, not
to mention so many others which are financed less by the Brahmins to blow their
trumpets.

The Indian Express - 93 % employees are Brahmins
The Hindu - 97 % employees are Brahmins
The Times of India - 73 % employees are Brahmins

These Brahmins have invaded both All India Radio and Television. Most of the
time the Brahmins and their programmes are on air.

THE WEALTHY BRAHMINS

MANU VII, 133 says that:

"Brahmins should not be taxed and should be maintained by the State."

ABOUT LOW CASTE Shudras - MANU XMRITI X, 129 says that:

That no collection of wealth was to be made by a Shudra, even though he may
be capable, for a Shudra who has acquired wealth would pain a Brahmin, and that
Brahmins may appropriate by force the property of the Shudra.

PANCHVANISH BRAHMIN 3-1/1 I says:

Even if a Shudra acquired wealth, he must always remain a slave. His main job
is to wash the feet of the higher caste.

TULSIDAS, A Brahmin in his Ramayana writes:

Even if a Shudra is learned and virtuous, he should not be given respect and honour.
When the British left India, almost all the industries owned by them were taken over
by the Brahmins. So much so that today they own about 60 % of the leading Industries
in the country.

Remember their (Brahmin) population is only 5 % of the total population of India.

JUST 5 % (BRAHMINS) CAPTURE OVER 60 % OF THE POSITIONS

  1. Loksabha 48% are Brahmins
  2. Rajyasabha 36 % are Brahmins
  3. Governor/L.G. 50 % are Brahmins
  4. Secretary to Governor/ L.G. 54 % are Brahmins
  5. Union Cabinet Secretaries 53 % are Brahmins
  6. Chief Secretaries to Minister 54 % are Brahmins
  7. Private Secretaries to Minister 70 % are Brahmins
  8. JS/ Additional Secretaries 62 % are Brahmins
  9. Vice-Chancellors to Universities 51% are Brahmins
  10. Supreme Court Judges 65 % are Brahmins
  11. High Court Judges/ Addl. Judges 50 % are Brahmins
  12. Ambassadors 41% are Brahmins
  13. Chief Executive of Public undertaking: (i) Central 57 % are Brahmins (ii) State 82 % are Brahmins

In other fields also:

Banks 57% are Brahmins
Airlines 61 % are Brahmins
IAS Offices 72% are Brahmins
IPS Office 61 % are Brahmins
Radio & TV 83% are Brahmins
CBI, Customs & Central Excise 72% are Brahmins

This then is the employment situation in India a so-called democratic country. The cream of the jobs goes
to the five percent Brahmins.

Do you get a fair salary for your hard work? Probably not! Because your
paymasters are Brahmins. Remember! Your children and grand children will
suffer the same fate, or worse, if you don't free yourself from the control of the
Brahmin.

Since independence, India has been ruled only by Brahmins. All the Prime
Ministers (except V.P. Singh) have so far been Brahmins.

This cut and paste is of course, a bit old. devegowda and gujral were not brahmin. it isbit liberal to call rajiv gandhi brahmin, who had parsi father.
P.S. I strongly doubt the numbers. Loksabha 48% brahmins.. How many Brahmins get elected from Tamil Nadu or Maharashtra. Normally majority caste person is elected.

And one more thing, deary, would it be ok with you to have some derogatory name attached to Allah, like you did with Krishna? Please don't do that if you don't want others to do that to you.

Ghazi – I’ve got a few questions for you. Have you heard of the Mandal commission recomendations in India ? I am asking this since you posted false figures about Brahmins in government and also false claims that Brahmins “own” newspapers and media !! Seems kinda similar to the oft repeated jewish media argument by racists in the US. I didn’t want to respond to your mail but since everyone has been pretty much ignoring you, I guess I should at least try and see if you have knowledge about how people land up with government jobs in India. There was also a lot of false information that you posted about the RSS not admitting women in their cadres (clearly ignoring the RSS womens wing). Anyway, my intention is not to embarrass you by exposing all your false posts…I merely wanted to know whether you had sufficient knowledge about issues like the Mandal commission report which had a bearing on policies related to caste in India (since you seem to be genuinely concerned about the wellfare of the Dalits :)).
Since you’re a Pakistani I wouldn’t expect you to know much about the concept of democracy, but as far as my limited knowledge goes, all people (irrespective of their caste/religion) vote for their representatives, who are then sent to the Lok Sabha. These candidates can also be from any religion/caste. Once again your percentage figures for Brahmins in government are highly debatable. But my point is, it does not matter which caste of people rule the nation – I have no problems if 100% of them are Brahmins or 100% of them are Dalits or Muslims or Sikhs as long as they are elected through free and fair elections in which all sections of the society participates. If you have any better ideas as to how people should be elected, then please let us know. However like most Indians I am against the undemocratic idea of seperate electrorates for different castes/religions, but maybe I am wrong.

  2. I read, write, and speak NINE languages that inclues Urdu and Hindi as well.
  3. My facts are undeniable; you have not refuted me. You have simply denied the facts.
  4. I hardly concern myself who is ignoring me and who is not? Fact is I don’t give a hoot to you all. My objective is to educate those among Ummah who don’t have time to do the research/reading and put forth the facts and truth. That I have been doing with BB and Irrefragable.

Ghazi -- you rightly pointed out that I have simply denied your allegations not refuted them. Just like you've simply cut and pasted your posts from hate sites which cannot be considered as "proof" specially those percentage figures. You claim that I have not answered your questions BUT you haven't answered mine as well. You haven't given a solution for including more Dalits in the Lok Sabha. You haven't told me whether you understand the consequences of the Mandal commission report which has changed caste politics in India (this is specially regarding jobs and education). Anyway...I guess there's no point in us arguing any furthur....frankly I don't care if you or anyone else believes that Hinduism is the worst religion in the world. Doesn't make a difference to me. In fact I don't mind even if you abuse any of our Gods....it doesn't matter to me and I am not offended. So my point is that I am not here to defend Hinduism, I am just amazed that you can post false figures and critisize a religion you seem to know very little of. You say that you've extensively travelled including India and know a few languages. Well...as an Indian I am hardly impressed by that. Every educated Indian knows a minimum of three languages. Living in a cosmopolitan state like Maharashtra, I have met and mingled with people of many different religions and beliefs, unlike you people !!
