I'm sure the judge has his reasons to pull this stunt. Maybe to appease someone else, maybe to buy some time or something. Anyone who has honestly reached the position of judge cant be this dumb.

On the topic though, intelligent lawyer from Manmohan Pathak. As the defense said Gods are the owner of the land so if the Gods dont appear in the court he has a good chance to win the case
