Progress to an in person relationship. Either move to where he is or have him transfer to the UAE and see how it would work.

yes…he is ready to move to UAE…but thn he cannot leave his family behind…plus we both are bound with contracts professionally…so neither of us can risk our jobs…he can only move next yr…which means waiting one long year … although tht isnt an issue for me…but thn…we both are in our late 20’s…waiting so much only means…reaching 30’s and still being unmarried…i dont have a problem with tht either…but my family surely does!
