Mrs Clinton also admitted last year I think during or after her trip to Pakistan that it was the US military that had let Bin Laden and thousands of Al Qaida/Taliban militants escape into Pakistan from Tora Bora in 2001, so it was unfair to come down on Pakistan all the time.
In all these various debates about Bin Laden's killing we forget how he actually came into Pakistan to begin with, certainly not on a direct flight from Jeddah but he slipped the US military onslaught and Pakistan has had to deal with that American failure ever since.
