Fazaon ko phir vajeh si mil gayee mahakane ki
Afsurda badalon mein se chand phir muskuraya hai
Takhleeq meri mein phir aaney lagey hain shokhion ke dum
Labon pe phir koyee mast nagma ubhar aayaa hai
Phir se gaataa hai malhaar saaz-e-zeest mera
Phir se chayee hai takkh_ ul pe aarzuon ke ghata
Jhumti bal khaati hai barq umeedon ki
Phir se wafa ki zard aarizoN mein noor bhaa
Meri tanhaee bhi soyee hai aaj umroN ke baad
Main bhi khud se mila huin baad muddat ke
Dard ki aankhon mein bhi hein aaj massrrat ke aansoo
Tamanna ko milay phir se pairhan haqeeqat ke
Besood nahin mahabbat ki wus_ ataiN
Dil phir yeh mananay ko karta hai
Khird phir bebus si khari hai
phir jaagney ko karta hai
Aaj tu aayee hai to pathra gayee hai shikvon ki zubaaN
Kho gyay hain gilon ke bol kahin khalaaon mein
Meetha taanaa sa detaa hai beetee udaasee ka chehra
“Bhool gayaa hai “Sagar” usey vasl ki shuaon mein”
Abhi kuch pal mein toot jayega waqt-e-vasl ka dum
Phir se laut jayengey hum liye majboorion ke daaman
Tu meri ho ke bhi meri na hogi kabhi
Teri majboorian hain yeh duniya ke bemaar aqayud
Main bhi majboor huun in haalaat ke haathon humnufs meri
Aatee rhaa karo milnay jab talak mumkin hai
Kyuon na tab talaq ishq ko apnay
vajah miltee rahey jeeney ki

I am thankful for ur kind words of appreciation.
To me poetry is not merely an attractive arrangement of words but a tool to understand myself n the world around me.I think we all need a spark of skepticm,of doubt, of self-enquiry n a courage took at our own conditionings.We should have courage to assess n reassess our intellectual,emotional,psuychological n spiritual beliefs.That is what inner growth is,I beleive.Life is too short to go on missing all the beauties n mystries of life.
To me poetry is a tool to understand myself n the world around me.I beleive that we should try to ignite a spark of doubt,of skepticsm,of enquiry about our own conditionings n beliefs.We should have a courage to go beyond our conditioned beliefs-political,religious,emotioanl n psychological.
I am from Chandigarh in india though have been living in new Zealand for about four n half years now.Do write about urslef,ur interests,where you from etc,if you like.
