as webmister pointed out…he thinks that niqaab equates to a bearded guy…similarly do people equate them at some level or not??

There is one thing that I think doesn’t need any elaboration i.e. when we talk of beard it is the long junglee kind of beard, not the one grown by elderly. Apart from that, we do see many decent people in short beards.
