i am also a hijabi and i would just like to say that being hijabi doesnt mean that you cant look as amazing as non hijabi girls on your wedding. Islam has actually encourages dressing up and looking good (especially for your husband) as long as you cover yourself in front of non mahrams.
my best friend who got married last year wears a niqaab and she went all out on all days, hair, make-up, jewelry, dresses etc. she kept the wedding segregated and her husband and mahram men of the family came to the ladies side for the last hour and before that straight after the nikkah she and her husband had their photoshoot (female photographer)/exchange of rings/cut the cake.
