HIJAB

Asalam u alikum !! One more question please..
Sometime ago i started covering my head..because i felt safe in it ..people criticized me but i m fine with it and m proud but i want to ask is it necessary for a woman to hide her face too? I tried hiding it too but it creates problem in breathing.. But i wanna know if it is necessary or not?

Re: HIJAB

w.salam ,only chin and your hair should be covered properly .
Proud of you .

Re: HIJAB

face, hands and feet can be exposed. make sure your hair doesn't show through your head-scarf along with loose fitting clothing that doesn't reveal the contour of your body. putting another piece of clothing over your chest area is also recommended [your head scarf may be long enough to cover].

Re: HIJAB

:wsalam: & Peace Tpervaiz,

:mash2: May Almighty Allah gives you more strength. Ameen. Simple answer is ‘Yes it is necessary’. However, different pplz have different opinion and some might say it is not necessary. You are not use too, but after continuously wearing (covering face) it, you’ll become use too and won’t gonna have any problem in breathing. In fact you’ll feel uncomfortable if you don’t hide your face

btw have you asked more questions? Am I missed, if any?

Re: HIJAB

Walaikumussalam Warahamtullah,

there are two different opinion, one says it is necessary because face can create fitna..and indeed i feel the same, if you dont cover your face, you feel not comfortable,,,but when you cover your face as well it feels you are now very covered Alhamdulilah,...may Allah grant us taqwa Ameen

Thank u so much..please give me some references too..
I asked about talking to na-mahram?
Like cousins..is it a sin to talk to them?

Ameen!!

Re: HIJAB

Peace Tpervaiz,

HIJAB

Re: HIJAB

Peace Tpervaiz,

What is in one's heart & mind, I can't tell that. However, to answer you question in very simple manner is that whom you can't marry i.e., those are Mahram for you, you can talk to them, and rest are not (not recommended but not a sin). And in case if one talks to them than her tone (voice) should be harsh. The closest reference I can give you is the verse 31 from Chapter 24.

Almighty Allah knows best.

Re: HIJAB

I am still trying to understand Suah Al-Noor Ayat 60 and 61 specially in the Ayat 61 middle part " It is no sin for the blind, the lame, the sick ones, and yourselves to eat at your own homes, or the homes of your father, mothers, brothers, sisters, your paternal and maternal uncles, aunts, or **at the homes of your friend, and the homes with which you are entrusted. It makes no difference whether you eat all together or one person at a time "

**In my view we are mixing it up Mehram (with whom one can not marry) and Na-Mehram (With whom one can marry) with the general socialization. Women are not forbiden to talk to men but they should not talk in a way that the other person takes it differently. But to say that it is sin to talk to Na mehram is a hight of rigidness.

As for the original question if covering of face is not allowed during Hajj then there are far less people in the streets.

Re: HIJAB

you’d think…the face is what most are attracted to or notice first :hmmm: but it doesn’t need to be covered…

Re: HIJAB

I was forced to watch many Na-Mehram in this clip although I was trying to listen…

Re: HIJAB

:hehe: beautiful NA-Mehram
