So Im currently bored of how i wear my hijab..it makes my face look fat and round excessively..any ways to slim my face down?
And how do you guys wear yours? What are your views on the flower clip a lot of people wear?

Im not a flower clip kinda person, I prefer to wear 2 scarves to layer my scarves or otherwise wear sparkly clips/bows. I have some really cool scarves too which I am very proud of 
To slim your face down, perhaps don’t wear it too tight? I wear caps under my scarves cos it holds the scarf better and it makes my face shape look better, i;ve seen some girls who bring it too low down and it doesn’t always suit them

Yeah I have a clip but i just don't like it :/ i NEED to start buying more scarves..where do you buy your ones? I definitely need a trip to london to buy some! Oooh how do you layer yours?
Yeah i think i wear it too tight but then i like how it stays on my head like it feels tight and secure on me!
To be honest with you I'm just feeling a bit down...only one of my friends wears a hijab and the rest don't..and they've all got nice hair and i just feel all frumpy in my hijab :/ must be the 5 month itch LOL i know Allah (swt) is testing me but it feels like i can't talk to any of my friends about it because they won't understand..they'll just be like oh be strong blah blah :( Uff I'm never like this!

Dont feel frumpy! Its so worth it when someone says you look nice in your hijab! it also makes your personality stand out, i've never met many hijabis who didnt have a cool personality.
I get mine from all over the place, flea markets, topshop and H&M, primark, online, seriously everywhere! I dont layer it so it looks like a big hump on my head cos i dont think its a good idea. basically i start to put one scarf on, then put the next one on, take the first one and put that on top again and so on. Not sure if that makes sense. But the main thing is to find a look you like. There are hundreds of tutorials on youtube as well, some of them are rubbish but some are good for new ideas and giving you a step by step guide.
I like wearing my scarf tight too, but it makes my head look to small (which i dont like) and its not good for my hair, so Im slowly trying to get used to wearing it a bit looser now.
The best scarves I have are my funky ones bought online - I have a piano print one which I love and a tetris print one which was bloody expensive but SO WORTH IT!!

I love the printed ones! I have a blue aztec one from primark and it’s gorgeous..yeah totally need to experiment..but you know the best thing about wearing a hijab (not that there needs to a ‘best reason’ but you know..) its the smiles i get from other hijabi’s! LOVE IT! i’m a very smiley person..i’ll smile at everyone but not many people smile at me and when it happens I LOVE IT

Im not sure if you know about the show "All-American Muslim" on TLC. But in the first/second episode they showed a couple different ways to wear hijab that were so stylish. Look up the episodes on the TLC website and you can see it there.

instead of pinning ur hijab in front(in the center) if u put a knot at the back of ur head that will slim ur face down or don’t pin in the center but take one end of hijab a bit higher on ur head and then pin it to the cap under it. my face is round too but wearing it right way makes a big difference. sometimes i feel if u wear it stylishly it makes u look prettier than not wearing it.
