Assalam o alaikum,
I was wondering if anyone knows about hijaamah or cupping and where to get it done from ? What part of the body is it performed on and does it work for skin problems such as acne ?

It use to be done at QSS which is in NJ i think, I know a couple of brothers that do it in my community and a sister who is also learning and i'm in NC. I know of people who have just gotten their spouses to do it for them and alhumdullilah have had no problems because they had read and studied about hijamah before.
There was another thread about cupping a while ago so you can search for that and it might be of some use.
Care to shed some light on this? I’m completely oblivious as to what this is 
edit: OH! Blood letting or using leeches to extract blood for medical purposes.
