I think that is it..I am not in once place . My contracts are normally between 3 months and 2 years.
I don't know I guess it is getting the ball rolling and see how it goes from there.. but I see this being a little difficult as I have never seen a hijaab/scarf wearing female in a consulting position
I like your ideas psyah. This strategy is great when one is transitioning from non hijabi to hijabi at present work place. But a consultant does not have permanent employer they move from one client to other after few weeks , few months , few years. What should they do when they go for an interview , should they go in hijab or not ? How do they involve everybody in the process if they have already made a transition and are going to a new client site ? Start the process all over again ?
