well, its just a matter of getting used to of it. I wear high heels all the time and am fine with it. Actually i've problem with flip flops. I can't comfortably walk wearing em.
As far as pricing, yes usually expensive shoes are more comfortable but it also depends on the design. Some designs are just not very comfy.
