We had 3 story house in pak. So I use to do stairs 2 at a time(hopping) for 20 some thing mins(25-laps)
When I am done If check my pulse it would be well over 200/min.
But guess what, after few Weeks of that training I want running for 6 km, I was done running with out even sweating and so calm that I was repeating newly learned economics figures in my head.
