Thanks. I would say this could easily be a part of Weight Loss Special thread. High fiber helps you to manage your weight better and fills your stomach up with slow-digestion of foods and leaves you less hungry.
Also, one of the good brands of fiber that is easily dissolvable in water and other liquids is BeneFiber. Just mixing it with water gets heavy on the stomach and it tastes different.
Since we are on this subject, there are two types of fiber. What is the difference between soluble fiber vs. insoluble fiber? What are the benefits of each?
