1) Become a VERY skilled highlighting/contouring so you can give the illusion of high cheekbones.
2) For a more permanent solution, see a good plastic surgeon and get implants.
There is no "natural" method to this. If you weren't born with it, then medical intervention is the only way to get it permanently.
