Which high chair did you use and recommend? I want something that is easy to clean and not stupidly priced?
Re: High chair recommendation
The ikea one is your best bet if you have a bit of room altho it’s footprint is fairly small but it doesn’t fold.
A friend of mind with a smaller apartment swore by the fisher price space saver- Toysrus
Re: High chair recommendation
IMO, a high chair is a very basic piece of furniture, almost all of them are the same with the same functionality. Don’t go expensive, I know some people bought the fancy name brand/Eddie Bauer editions, all is a waste of money. At the end of the day, they will be covered in food goo.
Just make sure it’s easy to get baby in and out of, easily accessible straps and buckles, make sure the buckles are easy to unbuckle with ONE HAND, this is very important. Make sure the surfaces are all plastic, not fabric, so that you can wipe easily. Also, make sure that the tray is easily removable and adjustable.
Go to the store and feel free to play with them and see which ones are easier for you.
Re: High chair recommendation
We have the Graco Blossom 4-in-1 High Chair and use it everyday. I like it, but not love it. I wished i had bought a simple/smaller one. This one is large and takes up a lot of room around the table. The cleaning up is very easy and its pretty durable. We have only used it as a highchair since our toddler doesn’t like it as a booster chair. But like the other posters suggested, go with something cheaper…really don’t need to spend $200 on these.
Re: High chair recommendation
As @aahmed said, just get any basic high chair. It becomes obsolete quick anyway. Something decent should cost you b/w 30-50
Re: High chair recommendation
^^ ditto!
The one we have was $45 I think. The tray comes off and my son gets on it and gets off by himself. Its by graco.
