Does Diabetes run in your family? Do you have unhealthy eating habits? Some people are more susceptible to high BP depending on their lifestyle, genetics, etc.

yes Reha is right it could be genetic too.
Because I have very low BP and it is genetic.

Many reasons. Read about secondary hypertension.
About 5% of people have that, the reason for this can be found and treated.
About 95%% people have high blood pressure for no curable reason and they need life long medications.

i hv well balanced weight according to my height...im 5.2 inches n 52 kg...n i dont hv any serious history of sugar n blood pressure...i do care of myself aloot....looooong walks r part of my hobbies...im very careful abut my diet habbits n avoid much fat n extra calories as far as possible....as u guys can imagine my weight 52 kg....i hv some kidneys tsts in the end of this month...1 thing is dat i hv PCO problem n im taking metformin 500mg thrice a day...(as i want to concieve)...u guys r requested to pray for me to get rid ofall problems n for a healthy life...thnx.

Didn't know it would have so quick effect (afaaqa). :)
Stress, tension, and fatigue...try doing something that can distract from sources of tension...perhaps exercising, just going out for a walk might help. :) It could be genetic too, getting evaluated for some medecine might help. Hope you feel better soon.....:)
