how can this habit of hiding be unlearnt, when hurt or illness is hidden from a daughter or son, a wife or husband? why do people do this?

Well in a flush , could be two reasons you know , either you don’t want to hurt and give baneful pain to people around you as you love and care about them or you think its inutile as it aint gona make any difference to them or their routine .

But thats what they think may when tell their near and dear ones they start caring about them. Aisa bhi hota hai ke log yeh samjhtey hain aap khush hain is liye dehaan nahi detey magar jab aisi baat pata chalay to un ko dehaan zaroor aata hai .itna behis nahi hona chahiye logo ko.

what i am referring to is that when loves ones or caring friends, hide their problems and keep quiet or do not ask for help, when they should be asking for it.
it is bothersome. a sibling not telling that s/he needs help with h.w. or that s/he made a mistake in driving or with her/his friends, got caught in a problem is not right. parents ebing ill and not telling that they are, when you are far away from them, is wrong. a partner who is in financial or personal low, must speak up and if nothing else, at least be able to seek comfort by sharing.
this whole hiding business, does not make sense.
