Exactly, just because we are desi and see it happening around us doesn’t mean its not done by others. There is nothing wrong in controlling how much unhealthy food is eaten by young children in the house. I know what the OP is referring to but I don’t think she realizes the intention is not to HIDE food but to CONTROL over eating of unhealthy foods. Also, something to note everyone is mentioning only unhealthy food that is hidden/controlled so its not regular meals/fruits/bread etc.
