Is there a restaurant in chicago that serves hi-tea buffet in the evening. Recently I was in Washington DC / Northern Virgina area and there was a restaurant that serves hi-tea buffet that includes samosa, pakora, chaat and all these kind of things for about $4.99 per person. It was unique and I am wondering if some restaurant in Chicago has the same kind of buffet. I’ll be in Chicago in the end of June 2009.

Not sure about "hi-tea". The best place for Pakistani/Indian foods is Devon Avenue. It's got all kinds of restaurants there, but i'm not sure if they offer buffet.
