Does anyone have a timetable of when the hi and low seasons start?

Depends on the country or area you want to travel to.

For example summer is high season in most of Europe, but the absolutely lowest season here in Dubai.

Also from New York to Karachi?
If 10-12 people travel together do they get any discount?
I heard during summer PIA gonna raise their price?

As far as I know, PIA usually have lower price during summer as compared to Winter. Ofcourse, it may only last for a bit.

I was in Pakistan twice during 2005. Once during summer and one time during winter. The ticket I got in summer cost me about $300 less than the winter one.
