I hate winters…eventhough they are not as bad as chicago(where we lived before)…But really I 'm usually cold in summers too…so winters I constantly keep a sweater on even inside…Its also oh sooo depressing
I love skiing…wilth all the pitstops too:cb:…But no room for plans this winter…would love the Sunny California in winters though…:)..so maybe will go this year too.
I hated the feeling of the cold …ears felt that they are going to fall off any moment…and the penguin walk trying to retain the heat or conserve energy …man ! I hated it…with all due respect I hated it…At least in the burning summer heat you can conserve energy by taking your cooking to the sidewalk:D
^ oh brother, you really dislike winter and snow. think fireplace and heat up tea when you feel so cold.
a good coat and snow boots, good car breaks, being an hour early up before travelling, rock salt, heavy duty shoveling will take care of causing the heat energy once you face the snow.
i agree, bitter cold air can be dangerous for health and that is why a scarf and snow cap, gloves and socks are necessary with an insulated jacket.
always keep a torch, matches, logs, burning oil, and anti freeze in your car trunk.
I ain’t judging the other person…I am merely stating what could be implied there.. MY COMPANION across border who happens to be a POET… what does it make me (regardless of WHO the other person is)…

We have like a couple of day snow here in Texas..but thats enough to make a snowman....and it turns into vapours by the 4th day...I like the 4 distinct weather here...at least you do not have to carry the above mentioned items in your trunk like all winter long...then again keeping a ton of bricks may help in keeping you anchored to the earth when Texas's love with Tornadoes come into play:D

Haan yaar. I understand that the heat of summer may make a person lazy but for me, its actually the winter that makes me lazy more because a person just feels like staying @ home and feeling warm instead of going outside
That sure calls for …and further more I remeber those gigantors of "endangered species "ducks that I would run over in a heart beat if they werent “protected”…(personal story behind the Duck vendetta:bummer:
More like from the movie "Birds "scence from Hitchcock’s movie:bummer:…ducks r allergic to me…along with cats:bummer:…maybe I 'll introduce them to each other…they’ll take care of each other…oooo I am such a genius:D
Hi Dushi jee. It's still warm here in South (mostly in upper 80s) and YES I am SO looking forward for so called winter here (which is really fall for you people in the North) but it's better than the humid summer. I absolutely hate the summer season.
same Shikra bhai.
pleasant weather in 60 or lower 50s is good year around.
extreme weathers are not good for the health.
although winter is much better than summer.
