go to multan and take a box of eggs and crack em open on the pavements and enjoy your eggs ...

or you can just go to murree and enjoy the scenery ..or the border to kashmir and enjoy ..

or you can just take a gas mask and enter lahore cos theres so much pollution and do loads and loads of shopping in Gulburg ...

If you're feeling weak/sick then stay at home other than if you want to spend the weekend(weakend) then go out have some fun or go shopping, just keep yourself busy.

But seriously...
I always enjoy a night out on the town, perhaps a nice resteraunt...
Or you can travel...
Village life can be great for a break, relax, maybe do some hiking, meet your relatives, drink endless cups of desi chai etc... Chill with some friends at an outdoor resteraunt, relax on a churpai with some chai and fresh samosai, or kebabs.
Thats what I usually enjoy in Pak.
