@TLK

Is this one of those things that can raise itself on all 4 legs, like a panicked cat?

Something similar to that started living inside the hedge of our neighbors in Pakistan and used to come inside their house. It was about the size of a big cat. During my sister’s wedding, the nighbors gave us one of their rooms so extra people can stay. Bad for me that I decided to stay in that room, that night. No one told me about that thing coming in their house (or even living outside) as I was living in Islamabad in those days and came back to Karachi, only to attend the wedding. It was a very warm night, I opened the window and slept.

In the middle of the night, I sensed something crawl over me, put a claw on top of my face to walk out the window which was right above and behind my head. Now that was a pooping moment for me to wake up with.

Later when I told my brother, he told me that it must be that big lizard that lives in the hedge.

That scared the bajeezus out of me just reading it!
