Re: hi all

Mizz Khan congratulations on your wedding but don't you think it is a bit pre mature to plan clothes right now if you're getting married sometime next year? I mean fashion does tend to change every few months!

Re: hi all

^ actually its not spl. since she doesnt knw what she wants. it will take her few months to decided abt what she want and then talk to different designers who would take at least 5-8 months to make the outfit and their go ur 10 months :)

Re: hi all

hmm yh thts tru...also im the type of person to see n decide wat i want rather then pre desgn sumthng if u knw wot i mean???

i thnk shadi wil b april next yr inshallah...

Re: hi all

With all due respect, I'd like to meet the designers who take 5 - 8 months to design an outfit.. No offense meant but thats not the kind of time that is needed to get an outfit designed... Not in Pakiland at least!!

Re: hi all

Hey mis khan.. rite now for valima colours.. its all abt it being LIGHT..lol
i have seen people wear anything from white, cream to baby blue, turqouise, baby purpel. tea pink. anything lite dat suits ur complection :)

Re: hi all

hfarhan you would be surprised to know that's the norm (actually 4-6). That's what the designers are telling me (yes, in Pakistan) and some of them aren't even well known.... don't have boutiques etc

Re: hi all

Well digital domain, let me know if you need help and we'll see how the turn around time is then cut to 4 - 6 weeks :)

Re: hi all

Are you a designer? if yes where are you based. Yes I need help :)

Re: hi all

I am not a designer but know quite a few pretty well... PM me your email address since I cannot reply to PMs here as yet :(

Let me know what you need and I'll do all I can to help

Cheers!

Re: hi all

Got your mail, thanks.

Re: hi all

Mizz Khan I am sure you would look great and no you're not being pagal.. All of us married folks have been thru this stage and can understand how you feel.

All the best and I think 1 month is enough time to get things organized other than the venue etc which should be booked way in advance!

Re: hi all

Mizz Khan, brides generally go for pastel colours, contemporary cuts and look for the valima. So, you can wear any colour of your choice. Here are a few examples:
