It needs a lot of help! there are spelling and grammer mistakes. Too much personal information. honestly if I got this resume for my department. I won't hire you. Check out workopolis or monster on resume writing.

for ppl asking about too much info and personal details. the curriculum vitae approach versus a resume approach has that. and specially in pakistan where for a long time such information has been part of CVs.

Mudassir, I am not sure what type of CV/resumes are used by banks in pakistan. I would suggest yoi tlk to someone in a bank there or someone from IBA/Lums and see what they have it written out as.

there are grammatical and composition errors but they can be fixed quickly. Get the right content and format. ppl here can help u phrase things well.

Dont fool yourself kids - your body type, daddy's occupation, mother's favorite dish and sister's availabiilty all matter when it comes to finding a job in Pakistan.

yep... they freaking publish your name and your dad's name in some competitive exam results even.

I never got the point though... unless this is a way for them to try to index their candidates using a longer identification scheme.
