Had two slices of bread with one slice of cheese and a fruit yoghurt. Then was stuck in traffic for a while, radio was playing crap, just got to work, like one hour late :D dont feel like working today - feeling all weekendish!

Yar that actually is a grim situation for you, get yourself one of those automatic air fresheners and set it to 15 mins. Not only that will be good for your breathing, but also could be a good hint for the guy :D
