Okay I was just clearing up some of the baclog in the History section right now and thought I would merge these threads as they are talking about pretty much the same sort of topic.

OK...I want to give a new top 5...these are all from Ancient times (some myths) :

1. Alexander the Great
2. King Leonidas (i think he kicked A**)
3. Achilles - I like to think he was real :p ...well as Faris pointed out they have discovered Troy
4. King Arthur - yup...he is also debated widely
5. Hercules :p

India's Second Prime Minister shri Laal Bahaadur Shaastri...a simple and honest man. when he died in office, his family didn't have a home of their own to go to. they had to ask for extension to stay in the Prime Minister's Residence in order to find a rental unit to live. yeh thii unkii iimaandaariii...hameN aise logoN se iimaandaarii, iKhlaas, nek niyatii seekhnii chaahiye
