I’m stunned by her art and storytelling. A great woman fighting for a great cause in most inspiring and artistic way.
Silent Waters is the best movie I’ve seen in a long time. It is amazing to see how she pulled it off by tying various subplots into one solid composite story with a backdrop of 1979’s Zia (may he rot in hell for eons to come) regime and made hell of a movie! It’s just perfect. Well made, well told, strongly scripted, realistic, truthful, effective, wihtout over-emotionalization (a big achievement) or overdramatization. Everything, every item, every gesture, every slang, every expression she picturized is real but yet dramatic. Bravo! :k:
You seem too excited....I hope you dont' use your DVD for any other purposes.
on a second thought please don't look at dvd..particularly at center..Please.
Yeh, lil bit. But I kinda didn't find it much different to what I'm used to. Partly because I've heard some "village" Punjabi too. City Punjabi is surely different. It's more Urdu words in it.
