Hermes

What’s the big deal? The scarves look pretty blah and bring to mind an old spinster to me. I’ve seen nicer silk scarves in Pakistan where you can ask someone to embroider it for you to your taste instead of generic patterns.

Re: Hermes

Well Julie Andrews wears them..so there :snooty:

Re: Hermes

Try Dasterkhawn, it will look much nicer.

Re: Hermes

It's more about the status symbol of owning one. I got mine from my old gym, the silly woman left it in her locker.

Oh well, finders keepers.

Re: Hermes

I am sure you washed it.

Re: Hermes

Shahreen how do you wear yours? I love it when it's used to tie the hair and using it as a headband.

Re: Hermes

Erm......

Re: Hermes

Oh thats a nice idea, never thought of wearing it in my hair. I just loop mine through the belt hoops in my jeans. Boring really.

Or tie it to the handle of my handbag sometimes.

I saw a girl wearing a Chanel scarf wrapped around her wrist. i thought it looked cool but i doubt that i could pull the look off on account of not being a lithe 16 year swedish girl.

Re: Hermes

Hermes is classic, but I'm in love with anything Anna Sui. Shes really funky with oriental designs. I bought my friends Anna Sui hankies (kept one for myself) and my most prized posession is my wallet by her - pink leather with snake-skin effect.

Re: Hermes

Am I not your friend too Catty? (hint, hint)

Re: Hermes

lol, ok Shahreen I'll keep you in mind if you keep me in mind next time you find leftovers in the lockerroom!
