Can someone translate this? Some of the words are not a part of my urdu vocabulary. For example, Lehza. What’s Lehza?

This poetry is by Allama Iqbal and it is extreemly high in emotional and spiritual uplift. Allama Iqbal is describing the characteristics of a "Momin"
I understand it completely but it would be hard for me to appropriately translate it for you however I'd try it for you..
Lehza means moment :)

Perhaps you should just translate it to the best of youre ability and I'll try to derive the actual meaning.

Har lehza hai monin ki nee shaan naee aan
Guftaar main kirdaar main Allah ki burhaan
Momin enjoys new galor and dignity every moment
He represents Allah in his character and talks
Qahar-i-o Ghaffarr-i-o- Quddusi-o- Jabroot
Yeah chaar anasir hoon to banta main Musalmaan

These four elements make up a Musalman
Humsaya-e Jibrail-e- ameen banda-e Khaki
Hai is ka naheman na bukhara na badakhsahaan

This man, who is made up of clay is the neighbour of the revered angel Jibrail
Cities like Bukhara and Badakshaan are dwellings not commensurate with his (Monin's) caliber
Yeh raaz kisi ko naheen maloom keh momin
Qari nazar ata hai haqeeqat main hai Quran
Nobody knows this secret about a monin
He is not a mere reader but a carrier and reflection of Quran
Jis sey jigar-e lala main thandak ho woh shabnam
Daryaoon key dil dil jis sey dehel jaeen woh toofan
The dew drop which can cool the liver of a flower
The storm which can terrorise the hearts of rivers

banda-e-khaki literally means "human of mud" i.e. man is made of mud. Nasheman means "house", meaning his house is neither bukhara or badakhshan (both of these places r in central asia). The words and music are so powerful in this poem, that it moves a person even though u might not fully understand it.

Very sorry bro. I cannot translate it. I'll keep looking and asking people here and there to get the correct meaning.
However, nasheman means "a nest" which is used as an equivalent to home, house, dwelling. In the context of this poetry, I'd use the word dwelling, a place where someone comes to find peace and serenity rather than home and house.
Banda-e-Khaki is a hint to the creation of Adam from clay. We are all sons and dughters of Adam so Allama Iqbal has used this word to describe our creation where as the angel Jibail is made up of "Noor". Here Allama Iqbal is telling us that man even being made from clay is a conpanion of Jibrail who is made up of noor, if the man creates in himself, certain characteristics like "Khudi"......

Qahar means wrath, usually associated with God...Ghaffar is one of the names/attributes of Allah...
So, I would assume Qahar-e-Ghaffar refers to wrath of God...
Quddus is also one the attributes of Allah, though I don't know what it means...I will find out...
Qahhar means 'Subduer' (Name of Allah)
Ghaffar means 'Forgiver' (Name of Allah)
Quddus means 'Holy' (Name of Allah)
and
Jabroot means Powerful (Momin, I think)
Qahhari-o Ghaffari-o Quddusi-o Jabroot means Powerful man of Allah
