Hepatitis B In Pakistan

My cousin has been diagnosed with Hepatitis B recently, but thankfully it is acute. He has been given some pills by the doctors in Pakistan, which has to taken for about 2-3 months. After about a year, the illness should subside. Last week, he went to Faislabad to visit family and he suddenly got very very ill. He keeps falling unconscious and apparently doesnt seem to know whats going on around him…his body is very heavy and he talks in blurs. Does anyone know whether this is caused by Hepatitis or heat stroke? The temperature is around 40/45 C in Faislabad…he saw a DR and they put him on a drip the DR there isnt very good and he is on his way back to Islamabad… is there anyone who has been through Hep. B or knows someone who has had these symptoms? What can we do at home to make him better?? What medication should I send him from here?

I think he should get done a "Hepatitis B Profile" test. If the test shows that he has developed resistant against the virus, he can then live normally rest of his life - although he may infect others. So people around him should get vaccinated and he should try his best not to have any cuts or even minor bruises as he can trasmit the virus to others.

If the test shows that he did not develop resistance against the virus, he may, Allah forbids, can develop liver cancer or cisrosis of liver in his later years of life.
