My sister make a test of hemoglobin and it is 11.40

Dr. give nerobuon one tablet a day. Is it ok.

your sister is anemic.
that means she has less Hb than is required for her.
And yes, the doctor is correct to give her a drug, but she should also focus on her diet at things like meat, and fruits containing iron and protein

Max is 14.. for women anywhere from 9-11 is considered normal..

less than 11 and she will be classified as anemic, thats for women, especially if she's pregnant or is a multipara, so my opinion is that she needs iron supplements or at least improvement in her diet.
im sorry but whoever says its normal doesnt know what they're talking about
