ok so i went to this new place to get some waxing done, the lady burned my face and now it looks soooooooooooooo bad, all splochy and red, and irrated. she put aloe vera on it yesterday and today i wash it off with cold water. Can anyoen offer any suggestions. Also i have oily skin to begin with.

it will go dont touch it. let it be. put sum ice on it. This happend to me i jus put sum cream on my face then sum ice n the nxt day it was gone.
my only concern is that i have a holiday party at work... i am hoping it clears up then, its like splochy red and sooo horrible :(, i woke up this morning and started crying because it looks terrible!

hmmm jus dont touch it, Maybe u was allergic to sumthing? I hav no idea what exactly you can use to make the redness go? Maybe rose water lol it seems to do everything else

try more aloe vera gel and icing. wash ur face on off with cold water. looks like u had an allergic reaction.

If your skin is that bad right now, if i were you, i wouldnt do anything else to it. I have been in a similiar situation and opened a thread on it a few years ago. Part of my facial skin had come off with the waxing. I couldnt do anything else other than just wait and let it heal. The best think you can do is to use some aloe vera and leave it alone. You dont wnat to introduce bacteria to the already irritated skin and make it worse somehow.

Sue kernay main apna karcha ho ga. take pix of ur bad face. show them, complain to manager and get some refund or discount. If they don't giv in threat to take it to media.
U can always go to doc if its bad.

Second she told me to put neosporin but that's wayyyyy to chikna.. so i am not going to do that, i have been putting on aloe vera all day and then periodically rinsing it off and reapplying.. and someone suggested mud mask... any brand names that you can suggest?

can i ask u a Q plz? is the damage serious? do u think u need medical treatment? if its serious enuf, u must seek traetment first and then sue the company where u went for waxing. its not just to punish the bad practitioners but also make it a deterrent so they can't hurt some1 else. i think u should re-consider ur option to sue if the damage is serious. its just a friendly advice. :)**

well if she felt it ripping she should hav stopped right away. that's so unprofessional. neospirin is good. its anti bacterial. don't worry abt greasiness. giv it a while. new skin will replace the old one.

Let me repeat again, please DO NOT put a mud mask on your broken skin! Mud masks usually suck the goo out of our faces, why would you want to suck the bad stuff out of your zakhmi skin?
@Khalil KhaaN FaaKhta](http://www.paklinks.com/gs/members/khalil-khaan-faakhta.html) i guess it depends on the definition of bad, does it hurt- yes! does it look ugly-yes! but its not that bad bad. the worst part is that i went o a desi place to get it done, and she continued after i told her, “that one hurt alot.” I did go back to her yesterday, and she said i should have known that my skin was sensitive and should not have come, she said i shouldn’t get waxing done at all, which made no sense to me, because i have gonna it done many times before and have had no reactions.

i put neosporin on, last night, today it looks like the skin is starting to heal, and yet i still look red and splotchy!

I would suggest that you do nothing - let it heal on its own. Just ensure that you keep the area clean. You'll just have to put this one down to a bad experience.

You might want to try hydrocortisone. But if it's raw skin I'm not sure. But hydrocortisone really works well for burns and any sort of skin irritation and you can get it over the counter in 0.5% concentration.
i suspected that it was a desi place. most of these ladies r unprofessional. that’s a lame excuse as u had sensitive skin so u shouldn’t hav come. “ulta chore kotwal o dantay” she should hav advised u b4 taking u in.
its their fault n u should teach them a lesson. don’t be easy on them. get refund or something if u don’t wanna sue them. i won’t sue either but make a hangama.
i know one such lady her product made me break out and it didn’t go away for months. they r unhygenic n unprofessional. but not all desis r like that. some r very good.
