^ NO otherwise you will be shaving with your husband in the morning for the rest of your life. LOL
I would say thread your face...thats what I do. There are no chemicals that way and you get a good clean look without any harsh reactions or discoloration.

It pinches...but you get used to it because it looks awesome once its done! :)
If u have soft 'downy" hair thread it.. waxing often makes u're skin loose and lax! PLEASE dont use any form of depilatory creams they cause pigmentation that can't be reversed! Stick to threading/bleaching!

try not to remove unless you really need it. my sister does her forehead and upper lips only...and the lady at parlour told her not to even do forehead.
One of my aunty does threading on her whole face and now she is 35+, her face looks so fake and annoying. little hair do give grace to your face.
Does re-growth after threading become more noticable?

from the glowing brides thread:
skausur, Gina: it will, as i have mentioned before. it depends where on the face though. root hair removal on the eyebrow area won't change the hair follicles. however, in the beard area (sideburns, cheeks, chin, upper lip) which is sensitive to male hormones, root hair removal "strengthens" the hair follicles and causes what may have previously been fine, vellus hairs to become darker, coarser hairs.
if you don't believe me, just search on the internet or ask a dermatologist.

fair enough. others can probably tell you what the regrowing hair is like.
however, it's a fact that the hair follicles change.
but to be honest, anyone who threads is unlikely to leave their face un-threaded for a month or two (or however long it takes for the hair to grow back to a noticeable length) so they probably wouldn't see how a lot of the hairs are now thicker and grow spiky, especially on the chin and sideburns.
think about it like this, everyone has hair on their faces. for the people that don't remove it, it is continually growing and falling out with the new hairs coming out behind. do you notice when the new hairs are coming out or can you feel them? no. but if you thread/wax, you will most certainly notice and feel the regrowth.
Re: HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!ME PLEASE
bleach it ! its the best option. the makeup lady threaded my face for my engagment and i broke out reallly bad !!! it was so bad i wanted to cancel my engagment and have it the week later . BLEACH IT !!! trust me

Re: HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!ME PLEASE
You could try sugaring. I've never done it, but I've heard good things.
Re: HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!ME PLEASE
Ive never heard or sugaring...
I thread the sides of my face and eyebrows only and I like it.
I havent noticed any difference in growth yet but like another poster said...people dont let their hair grow out enough to notice a change in the hair.
