neutrogena spf 70 but i HATE how it leaves this ghostly white look on the face.. not to mention, my car door, steering has white blotches on them because i wear sunblock on my hands and it leaves white stains everywhere.

neutrogena's sunblock is not tiny at all. it lasts me months.

Does the neutrogena spf have moisturizer in it as well?
Can I use it under my foundation?
Will it give me the same effect if I wear my foundation over it?

I've been using neutrogena sunblock for years now because its oil free and works well with makeup. Haven't used it under foundation but for an everyday look i put it on face and neck then some concealer if needed and dust with powder. Gives it a very natural look and you don't feel the sunscreen at all.
Is there such thing as spf 70?? Wow, i use spf 2 with carrot oil, I want to be darker, lol!!
