i have always had a lot of hair that was thick but recently, it has started to fall out a lot. i have noticeably less hair than before. even when i wake up from bed there is so much hair on the pillow and on the bed. i put oil in my hair and while putting it, so much hair falls out, i have to throw like a whole bunch of it. i dread putting oil in my hair now.
i have never taken any supplements for it. i do not think my diet is a problem because it has always been the same but even then i tried to make it healthier but i just dont think it is working. i have not started taking any medications recently either. anyone knows what i should do? serious replies only please, i am already stressed out a bit.

Re: helppp
Im suffering from same thing as you..only difference is nothing so far has worked and im left with 10% of my hair on my head now! its so sick...i cant do anything they just fall and dont seem to grow back! But the reason for me is i have used an expired shampoo and that was really bad and i cant believe myself how did i not wonder about it and not stop using it..and it lead to my huge scalp damage!!
Re: helppp
First of all, your stressing, let go of the fact your loosing hair it happens, usually for women due to hormones... don't worry try massaging head and getting circulation to head of course some hair will fall out but nothing happens overnight, drink a lot of fluids, i mean most of time if your loosing hair unnaturally its due to aging, stress, or hormones, if not those factors something’s wrong, malnutrition.... i know someone who was dieting and she lost hair like no other, but i doubt that’s your problem, eat healthy and your body will figure it out:)
Re: helppp
Hmm....your hair goes through phases and some amount of shedding on a daily basis is normal. You say that your diet is okay...but are you stressed out? Iron deficiency is a common cause for hair loss in women..so take a multivitamin that contains iron. It might even be a hormonal imbalance or a thyroid condition. If you feel the hair shedding is severe...see a doctor. A blood test can help determine if you have any hormon issues, deficiences, or other problems.
