Hi guyzzz…i need ur helpp!!! some people are coming for rishta this weekend (the guy is also coming) and i wanted to know what kind of dress shud i wear…simple or fancy..Also how should i meet the guy ..should i say salam to him in front of all the people or be like star plus bahu nazrein jhuka ker type …plzz help me ..i am too nervous in meeting the guy for the first time!!!

Woho. Goodluck is all i can say. Hope the ones who have any such experience can advice you better.
But i personally really dislike how this rishta thing works in our culture, very disrespectful in my opinion. Just the thought of it scares the hell out of me that u are to be presented in front of people to evaluate you. Sad.

You can wear any color and either some silk/georgetter suit or something with light embroidery...Greet his parents first and then greet him. Dont be super sharmili cuz guys nowadays want a REAL girl who is herself:) So just be urself, and everything will be fine :) And if you're a chatterbox like me, then id advise you to NOT be your own self too much hehehehe which means, talk, answer what they ask and do try to create a little conversation yourself too....and SMILE! That will relax you and even the guy...just remember theres more pressure on the guy, imagine his position cuz he has to create conversation with you and has the fear of being judged by you, your family and ofcourse the fear of rejection!

Well Said Aeysha88! Just smile and and be confident (usually confident for me is doing my hair, accentuating my favorite facial asset and wearing my favorite piece of clothing:)) Hope this helps!

Thanks mariaarshad03! Hahaha same here:) Since i dont use much makeup so its mostly focusing on what i wear..and the hair ofcourse :)
