i have never be over weight in my life but when i got married and had a son
my weight reached to about 70 kg
my height is 5 ft and 1"
i tried for 5 years but could not loose weight because i was not commited to loose weight
now since last year i started to gain more weight and my weight reached 76kg
so 2 and a half months ago i said to my self i m seriously going to do something about it as my cholestrol was high and i could not walk for long
so in 3rd week of feb 2009
i seriously started to control my diet
i read some where if u eat 1000 calories a day u loose weight but 800 is best
so i started with the target i'll keep my calories intake between 800 and 1000 a day
i started to loose weight and in the first 4 weeks i lost 4 kgs
then i became a bit lazy and did not loose any thing for 3 weeks but i didnot gain either
uptill today i have lost 7kg
and i m inshahAllah going to loose more and my target is to loose atleast 20 kg
