I would send the designs and funds to prototype and ask her to have these ready for you by the time that you arrive in Lahore…or even have them delivered to your home prior to your arrival.
The money that you would spend on one of these dresses would buy you at least three from Pakistan.
Plus you can have them in any colour, fabric, style and print (provided you have them block-printed).
